Returns and Exchanges
Toetally Delicious Socks  – Returns and Exchanges Policy 

Your original receipt must accompany your returned item(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Toetally Delicious Socks  to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for refund.

Merchandise can be returned up to:

*7 days from original purchase for clothing, shoes and accessories and most products unless otherwise listed

*All clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise can be returned/exchanged up to 7 days if purchased with any tender type, and the refund amount will be applied to the original tender.

After 7 days, and up to a period of 14 days, the refund amount will be applied to an in store credit, Toetally Delicious Socks  gift card or online code. Merchandise returned/exchanged without a receipt, will be refunded to a Toetally Delicious Socks  gift card at the lowest sale price. For audit purposes, we ask that you provide us with your name, address and telephone number. Valid photo ID may be required. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Items purchased online can be returned directly to online store. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent.

·         Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.

·         Merchandise returned with a gift enclosure receipt will be refunded on a Toetally Delicious Socks  gift card or online code.

·         Refunds/Exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.

·         All clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy and then email us at with your ordering information, including; name, phone number, order number and address. We’ll be happy to replace your order for you. You will not be changed shipping costs on the new order.

Is there a minimum amount I must order?

The minimum order is 15 pairs of the same color(s) and same size. However, you do not have to order in increments of 15 pairs, i.e. you can order 21 pairs, if needed.

Is there a set-up fee?

Custom Sock Shop does not charge any set-up fees for starting an order. Our creative team will work with you to create the perfect design for no extra cost. You’ll receive a free digital mock up of your sock before any type of payment.

an I have a sample before I place my order?

For $10 plus shipping, Custom Sock Shop can send you a sample of what your sock will look and feel like. Provide us with your preferred colors and style, and we’ll send you our closest match. Please note the sock you will receive will not be your design – only a sock that is similar.
